Leasing Consultant, Full-time Imagine an entry level sales career without high pressure, with great hours and a real opportunity for advancement. This position serves as the initial point of contact with prospective residents. You will combine your sales and marketing skills to connect with and build relationships with prospective residents by introducing them to our award-winning apartment community or rental home that is simply a better place to live. Your duties will include greeting prospective residents, counseling prospect on their wants and needs, and viewing the properties that best match the prospect. You will also assist our fantastic existing residents as needed.   Requirements: The most successful candidates for this position have previous sales experience in any industry, are results-oriented and have an outgoing personality. Willingness to work alternate weekends, reliable transportation and a professional appearance are also required. A college degree is preferred.

Door Attendant, Part-time       RETIREES encouraged to apply! Saturdays 3pm-1am and Sundays 3p-Midnight. Seeking a mature, outgoing, friendly personality with a helpful attitude and smiling face! Housekeeper, Part-time       Do you like to see immediate results from your work? Are you punctual, reliable and self-reliant? We have an opening for a Houseskeeper for our upscale apartment community located in downtown Lexington. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the common areas, such as lobby, hallways, fitness center, lounge. The right candidate will be neat in appearance and possess a positive attitude, good observational skills, and attention to detail. Previous cleaning experience preferred. Must pass background check and drug screen. Week 1: M/W/Th/F - 9am - 4pm; Week 2: M/W/F - 9-4, Sat 9-3, Sun 12-4

Remodel Punch, Full-time Duties include carpentry, trim work, baseboards; install light fixtures, ceiling fans; install outlets, switches; install plumbing fixtures, set toilets; general remodel of residential and apartments. Requirements: No felonies, clean background and drug test. 1-3 years similar experience.
