HVAC Service Technician, Full-Time

Perform installation, service and repair of HVAC units for multi-housing properties, including multiple apartment communities, rental homes, commercial properties and new home construction warranties.

Perform general maintenance duties including, but not limited to the installation, service and repair of plumbing systems, small appliances, furnaces, pools and hot tubs, carpentry, drywall, etc.

Participate in after-hours, on-call service rotation for all properties as needed.

Prefer HVAC certification. Most tools and company van/truck provided.

ACCOUNTANT, Full-time

Anderson Communities is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for performing general bookkeeping and preparing and analyzing financial reports.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily deposits; process payments; execute journal entries; invoice internal/external customers; compile and review reports.

Requirements:

High School Diploma and 3 years of Accounting experience, or Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance with 1-2 years’ experience

1 -2 years’ experience in QuickBooks

Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel

Strong attention to detail; critical thinking skills; positive attitude; ability to prioritize and multi-task with changing deadlines.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour

Leasing Consultant, Full-time

Imagine an entry level sales career without high pressure, with great hours and a real opportunity for advancement. This position serves as the initial point of contact with prospective residents.

You will combine your sales and marketing skills to connect with and build relationships with prospective residents by introducing them to our award-winning apartment community or rental home that is simply a better place to live. Your duties will include greeting prospective residents, counseling prospect on their wants and needs, and viewing the properties that best match the prospect. You will also assist our fantastic existing residents as needed.

Requirements: The most successful candidates for this position have previous sales experience in any industry, are results-oriented and have an outgoing personality. Willingness to work alternate weekends, reliable transportation and a professional appearance are also required. A college degree is preferred.

Construction, Full-time

Punch duties include carpentry, with emphasis on finish work, light electrical, light plumbing, windows, doors, etc.  Full-time, permanent work available with great benefits.
