We are located just west of Versailles, with a straight run to downtown, and close to the Bluegrass Scenic Railroad and Museum. Run into town for great shopping and restaurants! Or head out of town and explore Kentucky’s horse country with beautiful views and many outdoor recreation opportunities. It’s even pretty easy to go into Lexington for big-city amenities. The area also boasts multiple great golf courses.
Floor Plans
The community offers both apartments and townhomes. The one-bedroom apartments have a stackable washer/dryer and extra large walk-in closets, as well as open plan, eat-in kitchens that add to a sense of space. The two-bedroom homes are similar, with the same open plan kitchen, and offer two bathrooms…each of the bedrooms is an en-suite unit for privacy. Our apartments have balconies and enough space for you and your stuff.
In our townhomes, we offer two plans. The two-bedroom Madison has an open plan first floor and two bedrooms upstairs and comes with a full-size washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and a downstairs powder room/half bath. Our largest plan, the Baybrook, has a first-floor master bedroom and two bedrooms upstairs and also comes with a full-size washer and dryer and a two-car garage. Again, each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom, allowing for privacy for every family member.
We have floor plans for your family, and all of them come with internet and cable, with the townhomes also receiving included lawn care.
There are no hidden fees for anything inside or outside your apartment. We believe in absolute transparency and ensuring our tenants get everything they need without sudden, hidden fees.
Features & Amenities
We value our residents’ health, and because of this Wooldridge offers a community pool, 24-hour fitness center, and walking and biking trails on the property. The property is also right on the Falling Springs bike path, which leads from the County Fairgrounds to Troy Pike by the Rose Crest Cemetery, meaning you can go quite a way before dealing with traffic. We are even walking distance from the Woodford County Middle School.

From your apartment or townhome, you can easily get to I75 to head north to Cincinnati, or I64 to go towards Louisville, so the travel links are great too.
